2、 Because the operating power of the freezer is relatively high, it will generate a certain amount of heat during use. So, during the use of the freezer, it is necessary to regularly check the oil level, oil pressure, etc. of the freezer to ensure its energy efficiency.
3、 Always pay attention to the daily cleaning of the freezer. Cleaning work is very important for a quick freezer. In the daily use of a quick freezer, it is important to pay attention to necessary hygiene management, especially in some hygiene blind spots on the machine to take necessary measures to ensure its cleanliness. This not only ensures the normal operation of the quick freezer, but also extends its service life to a certain extent.
Operating procedures
1. Power on inspection: Before starting the freezer, the workshop operator should check whether the various protective switches of the freezer are effective and reliable. Is there any debris stored inside the freezer, is there any accumulated water, and is the evaporator clean and transparent. Start the quick freezer and fan for 1-2 minutes of trial operation to check if the mesh belt runs smoothly and if there is any noise during the fan operation. If there are any problems, notify the maintenance worker in a timely manner for handling. When the temperature drops to a temperature close to the process requirements, the products can be placed. When placing them for the first time, attention should be paid to placing them in a single row, and there should be a certain distance between the products (5cm-10cm) to prevent the mesh belt from being too heavy on one side and causing flipping. The short running time of the ribbon is 20 minutes, and the long running time is generally 120-180 minutes. If a malfunction occurs during the operation of the freezer, the computer room personnel should be notified in a timely manner to explain the cause, so that the equipment can be adjusted. Non operators are strictly prohibited from starting or stopping the freezer, and the operation of the belt or fan should not be stopped during the normal operation of the freezer, otherwise it may cause the refrigerator to become damp or overload and shut down. During the shift exchange process, it is strictly prohibited for the freezer to idle or leave the product stuck in the freezer, causing energy waste. When encountering unexpected problems, the operator should notify the computer room personnel as soon as possible for repairs. The team leader should organize on-site personnel to evacuate in an orderly manner, and the operator and team leader must be able to use the filter canister correctly.
2. Shutdown operation: When the quick freezing machine is shut down, the operator should notify the machine room personnel half an hour in advance and sign the shutdown. It is prohibited to notify the machine room to stop supplying fluorine only after the product is completely out of the quick freezing machine (which is not conducive to the evaporation and recovery of fluorine, causing the pressure to rise too quickly after shutdown). Equipment cleaning and cleaning: When the quick freezer is defrosting, turn off the main power switch of the machine and hang a useful warning sign! The operator first checks whether the frost flushing valve is opened correctly, and then notifies the personnel in the computer room to sign before starting the frost flushing water pump. The personnel in the computer room should go to the site to supervise the frost flushing situation. After the frost flushing is completed, the operator should notify the personnel in the computer room to stop the water pump. The operator should drain the accumulated water in the pipeline, close the frost flushing valve, and open the pipeline vent valve (to prevent the frost flushing water pipeline from being blocked by ice and affecting the next frost flushing).
3. Maintenance: Flipping over the belt of a large freezer can cause serious damage to the equipment and even render it unusable for repair; The main reason for flipping the belt is that there are too many products placed or the rotational speeds of the two drums are not synchronized. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to place too many products in the warehouse. Maintenance workers should pay attention to timely maintenance and replacement of the reducer, bearings, and chains. Every week, the operator checks whether the conveyor belt chain pieces are detached, whether the core shaft is bent, and whether the mesh wire is broken or lifted. If it is damaged, the maintenance worker should be notified in a timely manner for welding repair or replacement. Timely lubricate the drum bearings. The drum reducer and mesh belt tension reducer should be inspected every 2 months and repaired every 6 months. The electrical part should be protected from moisture, and the distribution facilities should be cleaned every three months. The wiring should be checked for looseness, and any looseness should be tightened; The maintenance of the frequency converter should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the frequency converter manual.
